The key is to create effective articles. Those that contain relevant and needed information either with a certain topic pertaining to your kind of service or the products your are selling. Effective articles are those that catches the interests of the readers.
Make it sound like as if your are conversing with them. This can be done by putting questions or share interesting personal success stories that they can relate to and somehow may inspire them.

Come On…Get Motivated!

Hi Guys,
I just had to post this!
You see I’m a little bit of a nosy bastard
I was doing my usual thing and going over my sales for the day. Every now and then I decide to see what sort of website my buyers have so that maybe someday I can return the favor and buy something of theirs if it grabs my eye.
Well..I’m not going to reveal what the website was but I will mention that it was time related. You know what I mean…like www.whatever2008.com or www.whatever2007.com.
Ok…Get my drift?
This guy registered a website called www.whatever2007.com.
Here’s a few things that stick out at me…What happens when it’s not 2007? You look a little silly don’t you?
Not only that…I decided to run that website through the wayback machine. If you don’t know…It’s a great archive of what websites used to look like right through from the start. Here’s the Url http://www.archive.org/index.php
Ok So I went through the whole archive of this site and the sad thing Is that it never ever got past a “Under Construction” sign? That’s right…even up to this very day…It is still under construction.
And I’m going to guess that it will never eventuate…purely because it was registered with the year in the domain.
If the domain was a little more generic…without the year…it would have been a great domain that could be used again right now. But even if he decides to launch something today…It’s going to look old and stale from the get go.
Another sad fact…is the guy never did anything with it!
Don’t be one of those guys…
If you have any half done projects…get off ya ass and finish them!

Michael Silvester
